Terms for creators
Entrepreneurs who want to use Easycart (part of EasyTools) accept the terms of this agreement. If you have any questions, contact us. Important! Ensure your site submitted to Stripe meets its standards and those of available payment methods. We cannot mediate or represent you in relationships with these entities; you are solely responsible. To ensure compliance, make sure your site has a well-prepared footer with links to terms, privacy policy, and your company's address, and that the site submitted to Stripe presents an offer with a price. Otherwise, you might face a temporary block. You can prepare the footer and required documents with Easylegal.
DEFINITIONS
- Subscription – compliant with the Price list fee payable to the Company from the Creator for use by the Creator of Easytools in the scope deriving from the Price list.
- Price list - a price list of paid services provided to Creators by the Company, available within Easytools or in the Account and specifying in particular the amount of fees payable to the Company from the Creators for the Subscription and the Commission , and including a link to the price list for the Goods delivery service.
- Easycart - main tool available under Easytools, which after linking with the Creator’s account in payment operator’s portal, enables the Creators to sell Goods through Creator's sales channel on Easycart and the Customers to purchase Goods from the Creator.
- Easytools - owned by the Company web portal available at the address https://easy.tools, enabling the Creators to use on-line tools supporting the sales of the Creators, in particular through Easycart.
- Consumer - a person referred to in Article 221 the Civil Code Act. .
- Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a person referred to in in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act.
- Account - Easytools function which allows the Creator to use the functions available on Easytools assigned to a given type of Account, including to manage the sale of Goods under Easycart.
- Customer - an individual, legal entity or organizational unit using Easycart to purchase Goods from the Creators.
- Creator - an entity that is neither a Consumer nor an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, undertaking actions to set up an Account or using Easytools, in particular to sell his Goods under Easycart, for whom the Contract due to the functions of Easytools, has a professional character. .
- Newsletter - electronic service provided by electronic mail, that enables automated sending of cyclical educational and marketing content about services, novelties and promotions in Easytools.
- Offer - information entered by the Creator and displayed in Creator’s channel integrated with Easycart, concerning the terms and conditions of sale of Goods, specifying at least the subject of sale and its price.
- Commission – a fee in the form of a percentage commission remuneration payable to the Company from each submitted at the Creator under Easycart order, in the amount specified in the Price list and depending on chosen Subscription.
- Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions, which are at the same time the terms and conditions for services electronically supplied, setting out the rules for the use of Easytools, addressed to the Creators.
- Company – Easytools sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Rzeczypospolitej 10/46, 02-972, entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of National Court Register under no. 0001002028, NIP [tax ref. no.]: 9512554309, REGON [statistical no.]: 523659062, share capital: PLN 5,000.00.
- Payment operator’s portal – one of Internet platforms of a third party indicated under Easytools, providing digital payment services online, enabling its use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Goods - digital content or services offered by the Creator in its sales channel, through Easycart.
- Contract - a contract concluded for an indefinite period of time for the provision of services through Easycart by the Company for the Creator, which includes in particular the management of the Account, enabling the publication of Offers and the conclusion of Contracts with Customers.
- Sales contract - a contract for the sale of Goods concluded between the Customer and the Creator through Easycart.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the terms and conditions for the services electronically supplied by the Company, as referred to in the Electronically Supplied Services Act.
- On the basis of the Terms and Conditions the Company provides for the Creators electronically supplied services, consisting in making available supporting the sales of the Creators on-line tools in the scope of tools available in Easytools and indicated in the Price list, including in particular maintaining the Account, enabling publishing Offers and concluding Sales contracts with Customers under Easycart, and also Newsletter service.
- The Company provides the services covered by these Terms and Conditions solely for the Creators, for whom use of these services has a professional character.
USE OF EASYTOOLS
- In order to use Easytools necessary is a device with access to the Internet, with an up-to-date version of a web browser and, in case of intention to create an Account - an active account in the Payment operator’s portal.
- The Creator bears costs associated with Internet access in accordance with the tariffs of his telecommunications operator.
- The Creator is obliged to use Easytools in accordance with the law and rules of social coexistence. In particular, it is forbidden for the Creator to enter any content of an unlawful nature to Easytools.
REGISTRATION IN EASYTOOLS
- In order to use all functions of Easytools, including selling the Goods through Easycart, the Creator has to register in Easytools, i.e. create an Account.
- Registration of an Account on Easytools is carried out by providing Creator's details required in the registration form and authorizing Creator's identity on Payment operator’s portal.
- All data provided by Creator in the registration form or appearing on Payment operator’s portal should be correct and up-to-date. If there is any doubt as to the accuracy of Creator's data, the Company shall be entitled to refuse to conclude the Contract or to contact the Creator for clarification.
- The Contract between the Creator and the Company is concluded upon the Company receiving a properly completed registration form or Creator’s identity being confirmed by the Payment operator’s portal.
- Creation of an Account in Easytools is free of charge.
- The Creator is aware that by linking the Account to Creator's account in the Payment operator’s portal, the Company gains access to Creator's data stored on the Payment operator’s portal, such as: transaction data, account summary, customer data.
ACCOUNT
- As part of the Account, the Creator has access to functionalities such as: possibility to publish Offers and possibility to sell Goods to Customers.
- The Creator shall be liable for providing access data to the Account to third parties.
- By granting access to the Account to another person, the Creator represents that such person is a person authorized by the Creator to operate within the Account. The Creator shall be liable for such person's actions within Easytools as for its own actions.
ADDING OFFERS
- When putting Goods up for sale on Easycart, the Creator shall be obliged to specify in the Offer in particular relevant parameters of the Goods, the lead time (delivery time), possible methods of delivery (if applicable) and the price of the Goods and delivery (if applicable) in gross amounts.
- By putting Goods up for sale on Easycart, the Creator declares that he holds all copyrights and rights in rem to them (depending on the kind of the Goods) and that they are Creator’s property, and that it will be possible to fulfil the order within the deadline indicated by the Creator in the Offer.
- Within Easycart, the Creator may not offer Goods, which sale or services:some text
- is prohibited by law,
- is contrary to the principles of social coexistence,
- requires fulfilment of additional requirements or acquisition of additional rights that the Creator does not fulfil or does not hold.
- The Creator acknowledges that the Company owns Easytools and Easycart, which enable, among other things, the conclusion of a Sales Contract of Goods between the Creator and the Customer. This means that the Company is not a party to the Sales contract with the Customer, and all the seller’s obligations, including those relating to the protection of rights of Consumer and Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, shall be the sole responsibility of the Creator. To this end, Easycart allows the Creator to post in its Easycart sales channel the Creator's terms and conditions of sale, which should contain the data required by law, among others: some text
- applied by the Creator complaint procedure,
- the rules for returning Goods,
- the rules and lead time for orders,
- Creator’s contact details,
- the information obligation regarding the processing of personal data.
- The Creator agrees to post the terms and conditions referred to above, which are compliant with the law and the applicable privacy policy regulations, particularly concerning the processing of Customers’ personal data in the Easycart sales channel and a link redirecting to the content of the terms and conditions directly in each Offer for sale of Goods.
- The Creator represents that the Creator holds all copyrights to the Offer, including to the descriptions, photographs, graphics and other works contained in the Offer, and that the content of the Offer does not infringe the rights of third parties.
- In case where the Creator informs in the Offer about price reduction, the Creator is obligated to indicate the lowest price binding during the period of 30 days prior to introduction of the reduction under generally applicable rules.
- Upon publication of the Offer, as part of the remuneration referred to herein, the Creator grants to the Company a non-exclusive, unlimited in territory and time, license to use the Offer in whole or in part.
- The license is granted in the following fields of exploitation: recording the content, entering it to computer memory and to the Internet, multiplying it and making it available in print, as well as making it available in such a way that everyone can access it from a place and at a time of their choice, in particular: in IT and ICT networks, including the Internet, as well as in other places on the Internet, e.g. for the purpose of promoting Easycart and Easytools.
- The license includes the right to grant sub-licenses.
- The Creator bears responsibility for compliance of the Offer published in Easycart with binding provisions of law.
EXECUTION OF THE CUSTOMER’S ORDER
- Unless otherwise indicated in the Offer, by enabling Goods to be added to the basket in its Easycart sales channel, the Creator guarantees their availability, and upon placing an order for the Goods by the Customer, a Sales contract is concluded.
- Payments for Goods purchased by the Customer shall be done via Payment operator’s portal in accordance with the terms of use of Payment operator’s portal available on the website of the Payment operator’s portal. The Company is not responsible for issues related to the payments.
- The delivery of the Goods purchased by the Customer is made under terms indicated in terms and conditions of the Creator and of the carrier.
- The Creator shall be obliged to deliver the Goods free from defects and shall be liable to the Customer for any potential defects in the Goods, to the extent specified by the provisions of law applicable to the relevant Contract with the Customer.
- Customer's data needed to execute the order will be visible in the Account.
- Returns (i.e. withdrawals from the contract) and complaints regarding the Goods shall be handled by the Creator.
PAYMENTS AND SETTLEMENTS
- For the provision of services under the Contract the Creator bears fees towards the Company specified in the Price list, and in particular Subscription and Commission.
- Commission will be calculated in respect to the chosen option of Subscription, in accordance with the value resulting from the Price list. Commission shall be charged by the Company automatically at the payment of the Customers for the Goods.
- Subscription, Commission and other fees will be increased by tax on goods and services due.
- Subscription, Commission and other fees will be settled on a monthly basis, with Subscription being payable in advance.
- Subscription, Commission and other fees are not refundable to the Creator, subject to the remainder of this provision. In the event that the Creator makes a full refund to the Customer for all of the Goods from a particular order, the Company shall refund to the Creator the Commission on the transaction relating to that order. Moreover, the Company shall refund to the Creator the cart rescue fee charged with respect to that order.
- The amount of Subscription, Commission or other fees may be subject to changes. Each change will be visible in the Price list and the changed amount of Commission or other fees will apply to the settlement period next after such changes are made.
- The Creator will be notified of changes to the amount of Subscription, Commission or other fees electronically, either to the e-mail address assigned to the Account or by displaying the information in the Account, 14 days prior to the planned change.
- The Creator agrees to the Company sending invoices electronically by placing them in the appropriate section in the Account.
- In case of informing about reduction of price of Subscription, Commission or other fees, in addition to the information about the reduced price, the Company shall also make visible the information about the lowest price that was binding during the period of 30 days prior to the introduction of the reduction, in accordance with the universally applicable provisions of law.
- The Creator, in return for additional remuneration specified in the Price list, may contract the Company to provide the service of issuing VAT invoices and other documents related to sales transactions through Easycart and sending them to the Consumers. In such case, the following rules shall apply:some text
- The Creator contracts and at the same time authorizes the Company to:some text
- issue, on behalf of and for the Creator, VAT invoices documenting sales generated by the Creator through Easycart and other accounting documents, including correction invoices, correction notes, etc.;
- send, on behalf of and for the Creator, individual VAT invoices and other accounting documents to the Customers at the e-mail address indicated by them immediately after the transaction is made on Easycart and a summary of invoices once a month;
- ensure that the Customer has, through his/her Account, the ability to view and download copies of all invoices or other accounting documents issued on behalf of and for the Creator;
- handle, on behalf of and for the Creator, the process of complaints for the Customers, in accordance with Creator's binding returns and complaints policy, and in the absence thereof - in accordance with the complaints policy set out in the Terms and Conditions for Easycart Customers;
- The Creator undertakes to provide the Company with all correct data necessary for the issuance of invoices, in particular data relating to the Creator, the VAT rate and the GTU code to be used for the sale of particular goods or services, and to inform the Company of any other data or information that should be included in its invoice;
- The Creator shall be solely responsible for the correctness or timeliness of the data intended for the invoice or other document, provided to the Company, as well as for introduced or otherwise changed within the possibility to edit the invoices by the Creators, and also for obligations resulting from the provisions of law to keep records of sales transactions through Easycart, other than the issuance of an invoice;
- The Company shall be liable to the Creator for the non-compliance of an invoice or other accounting document with binding provisions of law only to the extent that all or part of the data provided by the Creator in accordance with point 10.2. above has not been included in the document;
- The Company may refuse to issue an invoice or other accounting document in accordance with the above provisions in the absence of any data necessary to issue a valid document or in the event that it is probable that the issuance of an invoice would be unlawful; In such case, the Creator shall assume the obligation to issue an invoice or other accounting document, and the Company shall not be liable to the Creator in any way on this account;
- By the 8th day of each subsequent month at the latest, the Company shall provide the Creator with copies of the invoices issued on the Creator’s behalf in particular month compressed in a zip file, to the e-mail address indicated on Easycart. If it is not possible to send the above by e-mail, the Parties will agree on another method for handing them over to the Creator.
- The Creator declares that the transactions processed by the Company are not subject to the split payment mechanism. The Company is not responsible for the qualification of transactions and verification of correctness in this respect.
- In no case the Company is obligated to settle or pay any taxes in any scope for the Creator in relation to the use of Easytools by the Creator and therefore does not bear any responsibility for this.
- The Creator contracts and at the same time authorizes the Company to:some text
NEWSLETTER
- The Newsletter service is provided free of charge and for an indeterminate period of time.
- The contract is concluded at the moment of subscription to the Newsletter by providing for this purpose e-mail address, to which the Newsletter will be sent and clicking the activation link sent to this e-mail address.
- The contract terminates at the moment of unsubscribing from the Newsletter by submitting a declaration to the e-mail address of the Company: hello@easycart.pl.
RESERVATIONS AND LIABILITY
- The parties to the Sales contract is the Customer and the Creator, and it is therefore the Creator who bears all the liability to the Customer in connection with the concluded Sales contract and Creator’s operations on Easycart.
- The Creator, as the entity responsible for its actions through Easycart, shall be solely responsible for the compliance with the law of all content the Creator includes in the Offer, as well as for lack of content required by law or the Terms and Conditions, which the Creator was obliged to include in the Offer.
- The Company is not responsible for the Creator’s account on the Payment operator’s portal, including in particular breaks in the operation of the Payment operator’s portal, blocking of the Creator's account on the Payment operator’s portal, or the availability of payment methods. The Creator is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Payment operator’s portal and to take care of the completeness of the data account on the Payment operator’s portal, as well as of the Account, especially organizational data, links to terms and conditions, addresses and support phone numbers.
- Any liability of the Company towards the Creator under the Contract shall be limited - within the limits allowed by law - exclusively to wilful misconduct.
- In the event that the Creator violates the rules for the use of Easytools, including, in particular, is late with any payment to the Company or has entered to Easycart the content violating the law or Terms and Conditions, or it there is a suspicion that the Creator’s actions may be unlawful or contrary to the Terms and Conditions, the Company shall be entitled to: some text
- block the Account or particular features of the Account until the violations cease,
- terminate the Contract with immediate effect.
- The Company has the right to suspend the Creator’s account, if no payment has been processed in a calendar month. The Company will inform the Creator of this fact by e-mail. The suspension disables the payment links generated by Easycart, it does cause data deletion. The links can be reactivated by contacting the Company at the address hello@easycart.pl. If no transactions are processed for another 3 months, the account will be automatically deleted.
- Within Easycart and to support the convenience of the Creators in creating Offers, the Company may make available to the Creators innovative functionalities based on solutions provided by third parties, enabling the Creators to generate content using artificial intelligence. These solutions, due to the technology model used in their development, were created using data and materials with respect to which third parties may have intellectual property rights (in particular copyright and industrial property rights). The content generated by the Creators with the use of the abovementioned functionalities of Easycart is not subject to verification by the Company with regard to its possible infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third parties (in particular, copyright and industrial property rights), to which the Creator does not object. Therefore, the declaration of the Creator in point 6 in the section “ADDING OFFERS” also applies to the content generated this way, and the responsibility for verifying whether it does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties (in particular copyright and industrial property rights) and for its use is borne by the Creator, thus the Company is not responsible for the infringement by the Creator of any intellectual property rights (in particular copyright and industrial property rights) caused by the use of this content by the Creator and damage resulting from this. The Company does not transfer to the Creator any intellectual property rights (in particular copyrights and industrial property rights) to the content generated by Creators with the use of the aforementioned functionalities of Easycart.
- Notwithstanding point 7 above, the Company, along with making available the functionalities described therein, will indicate the third party provider of these solutions, in order to enable the Creator, prior to their use by the Creator, to identify and become familiar with the documents specifying the conditions and rules of use of these tools (e.g. terms and conditions), established by this third party. At the same time, before using these functionalities, the Creator undertakes to familiarize himself with these documents and undertakes to comply with them, and furthermore, by using these functionalities, the Creator declares that the Creator has familiarized himself with the aforementioned documents.
- In the event that any third party files a claim against the Company in relation to the Creator’s activities on Easytools, in particular Easycart, including in relation to the materials included by the Creator in the Offer, the Creator undertakes to enter or join the relevant proceedings and to pay all costs incurred by the Company in connection with defending against such claims.
- The Creator acknowledges and agrees to the possibility to purchase the Creator’s Goods by the Customers in a "guest" mode, i.e. without creating Customer’s account on Easytools. In such situation, the Creator shall be solely responsible to the Customer for making Goods available to the User, including for operating the User's subscription (if applicable).
- Within the payments of the Customers for the Goods the Company does not process sensitive Customer data in the form of card details and payment methods. The processing of such data remains with the payment processor of a given transaction and in accordance with its rules.
GRADING SYSTEM
- The Company may make available the possibility to grade the Goods or submit opinion about them. Such grades or opinions come solely from Customers who purchased the Goods through Easycart, i.e. after the purchase of particular Goods an e-mail message may be sent to the Customer with a request to grade or submit opinion through a dedicated link.
- Moreover, third parties within their internet platforms may make available grading or submitting opinion about Easycart or Easytools, under terms set out therein.
COMPLAINTS
- The Creator can submit complaints concerning the functioning of Easytools to the Company's e-mail address: hello@easy.tools, telephone: ________.
- The Company shall respond to the complaint within 14 working days from the moment of receiving the complaint.
- Any returns and complaints of the Goods made by the Customers shall be handled by the Creator.
PERSONAL DATA
- The Company shall be the controller of the Creator’s personal data. The data are processed in accordance with the principles set out in the privacy policy available at: https://easy.tools/privacy.
- The Creator shall be the controller of the personal data of the Customers concluding the Sales contract.
- The Creator shall be the controller of personal data of persons other than the Creator, provided to the Company by the Creator in connection with the use of Easytools. Processing of data relating to such persons by the Company shall take place on the basis of the personal data processing agreement, constituting the appendix to the Terms and Conditions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- In the course of the performance of the Contract, each party (the "Disclosing Party") shall or may disclose to the other party (the "Receiving Party") certain "Proprietary Information" as described below and the Receiving Party undertakes not to use such Proprietary Information or any part thereof for any purpose other than the purpose expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- All Proprietary Information shall and will remain the exclusive property of the Disclosing Party.
- In consideration of all disclosures, the Company and the Creator undertake that for the purposes of this Contract, "Proprietary Information" shall mean information, whether or not originating from the Disclosing Party, used by the Disclosing Party in the course of its business and some text
- proprietary to, concerning or created by the Disclosing Party;
- giving the Disclosing Party some competitive advantage or the possibility of obtaining such an advantage or the disclosure of which may be detrimental to the interests of the Disclosing Party;
- marked as Proprietary Information by the Disclosing Party; or which, by reason of any relevant circumstances, should be treated by the Receiving Party as confidential and proprietary to the Disclosing Party;
- which is not generally known by the Non-Disclosing Party's personnel.
- Proprietary Information also includes, but is not limited to, the following types of information and other information of a similar nature (whether or not restricted to the written form and marked as confidential or not):some text
- Computer software of any type, in any phase of actual or anticipated research and development, including but not limited to programs and program modules, routines and subroutines, processes, algorithms, design ideas, design specifications (design notes, annotations, documentation, diagrams, code sheets and the like), source codes, result codes and loading modules, programming, program patches and system designs;
- Information relating to the Disclosing Party's proprietary rights prior to disclosing it to the public, including, but not limited to, having the nature of proprietary rights, production, technical and engineering data, test data and test results, status and details of research and development of products and services, as well as information relating to the acquisition, protection, enforcement and licensing of proprietary rights (including patents, copyrights and trade secrets);
- Internal information regarding the Disclosing Party's personnel and financial information, supplier names and other information regarding suppliers (including characteristic data of suppliers, services and contracts), information regarding the purchases and internal costs, internal services, instruction manuals and the manner and methods of conducting business by the Disclosing Party;
- Marketing and development plans, pricing and cost data, the amounts of prices and fees, pricing and accounting policies, pricing procedures, marketing techniques and methods of obtaining orders, forecasts and assumptions and projected volumes, future plans and potential strategies of the Disclosing Party that have been discussed or are being discussed;
- Names (business names) of customers and their representatives, contracts, their contents and parties thereto, customer service, data provided by customers and the type, quantity and specifications of products and services purchased, leased, licensed and received by the Disclosing Party's Customers;
- data stored on the account on Payment operator’s platform.
- The Receiving Party shall use the Proprietary Information solely for the purpose of performing the Contract.
- The Receiving Party undertakes not to directly or indirectly disclose, display, deliver, transfer or otherwise make available any Proprietary Information to any person or entity during the period where the Receiving Party has access to the Proprietary Information or thereafter, unless the Receiving Party receives a prior written consent from the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party agrees not to make copies of the Proprietary Information, or any part thereof. The Receiving Party agrees never or under any circumstances to reconstruct or decompile the Proprietary Information.
- The Receiving Party shall not disclose any Proprietary Information to any third party, except to the employees or designated consultants of the Receiving Party who:some text
- need to know such information in connection with the performance of the Contract and
- shall be bound by an equivalent confidentiality obligation by the Receiving Party.
- If the Receiving Party is required by law to disclose the Proprietary Information, the Receiving Party shall not do so without first using its best efforts to inform the Disclosing Party of such legal requirement and without giving the Disclosing Party an opportunity to contest such requirement.
- The above shall not apply to Proprietary Information as to which the Receiving Party can prove in writing that:some text
- it was in the public domain without the Receiving Party’s fault;
- was familiar with it, without limitation, prior to its disclosure by the Disclosing Party,
- it has been properly disclosed to the Receiving Party, without limitation, by another person entitled to do so,
- was obtained independently by the Receiving Party without the use of or reference to the Disclosing Party's Proprietary Information or
- its disclosure is required by applicable law or court order or procedure.
- If the Receiving Party decides not to continue its business relationship with the Disclosing Party, or if requested to do so by the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall promptly return the Proprietary Information and any copies and extracts thereof.
- The Receiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party of any case of unauthorized disclosure of Proprietary Information.
- These confidentiality regulations shall remain in force in respect of any Proprietary Information for the duration of the Contract and after its termination.
LICENSES
The Creator who has linked its account on the Payment operator’s portal to Easycart, as part of the remuneration set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Price list:
- Grants the Company a non-exclusive, unlimited in territory and time, license to use the Creator’s trademark (logo) in the scope of recording, reproduction and dissemination - only to the extent of placing and disseminating the trademark (logo) on Easytools, on the Company's social media channels promoting Easytools and in the offer presentations sent by the Company to its potential Customers;
- Represents that it holds full author’s economic and moral rights to the trademark (logo) and that the it is free of any encumbrances and restrictions in favor of third parties;
- Represents that the use of the trademark (logo) and the granting of the license referred to above does not infringe the rights of third parties and that the Creator is fully liable in this respect and undertakes to indemnify the Company against payment for any damages or compensation for the violation of copyrights to the trademark (logo) and to reimburse the Company for the reasonable and duly documented costs incurred to protect the Company’s rights.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
- Information on a planned amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be sent, at least 7 days prior to the amendment coming into force, to the Creator's e-mail address assigned to its Account.
- If the Creator does not object to the planned amendments by the time they come into force, it will be deemed that the Creator have accepted them.
- The Creator may refuse to accept the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, which will result in termination of the Contract when the amendments to the Terms and Conditions become effective. To this end, the Creator should send a message informing about not accepting the amendments to the Terms and Conditions to the Company's e-mail address: hello@easy.tools.
- The Creator may send at any time a request for termination of the Contract by using the relevant function in Easytools or by submitting a notice of termination to the e-mail address: The Account will be deleted after settlement of the current billing period.
- Where possible, the Company will inform the Creators about planned breaks in access to Easytools in relevant advance, to ensure the least possible impact on the possibility of use of Easytools.
- The Company shall not be liable to the Creators for breaks in the availability or non-availability of Easytools.
- Any possible disputes between the Company and the Creators shall be settled in accordance with Polish law, by Polish court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office.
