Circle.so is a modern community platform that enables creators, course builders, and brands to create and manage their own branded community spaces. It combines essential community features with powerful customization options, making it an all-in-one solution for building engaged online communities.

You can easily enable Circle integration on Easytools, and grant access to your community with each purchase.

First, you need to create Circle account and community if you don't already have one.

In order to set up integration with Circle, first you need to add Circle app to Easytools.

  1. Navigate to Automations → Apps page
  2. Click on +New App
  3. Add integration name and select Circle.so from the list
  4. Go to Circle to generate API key on this page
  5. Click on Create new token and then select Admin v1 from the select menu, add name and copy generated key
  6. Paste the key to Easytools and click on Check connection

You should see Connected status above the button. You can now close this window.

Now you can set up the automation for your product. Either in Automations tab in your checkout, or in the global Automations → Scenarios tab, create a scenario.

  1. Click on +New Scenario to create a new scenario
  2. Select all the necessary details, product, and actions. For example, if you want to add users to a space after product is purchased, use the following settings:

Of course, you have to select appropriate product, community, groups etc. Once you're done, just click Save.

Now right after someone purchases your product, he will get an email invitation from Circle, that he can use to onboard into your community.

Important! If you want to add people to different space groups or spaces, you have to create an automation scenario for each space or space group as we currently don't support selecting multiple items at once.
Remember to add another scenario that will revoke the access to community on Access Expired event. This will work both for subscriptions that are effectively canceled, as well as time-limited access to products within one-time purchases.

You will be able to tract all the scenario executions in the Executions tab, to see how the scenario is performing and debug customer issues.
