Migrating from Lemon Squeezy

Unlike Easycart, which is based on Stripe and allows you to easily switch to another tool while keeping all your data safe on your Stripe account, Lemon Squeezy is a closed system that doesn't offer conveniences for those looking to migrate to another platform.

However, we can assist you in this process as much as possible. This includes importing your customer list from Lemon Squeezy to Easytools and assigning them your products.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Create an account on Easytools
2. Click this link to create a new product, or go to Store → Products and select +New product. You can copy the data from your Lemon Squeezy product.
3. If you have more products, repeat this process for the others.
4. Configure your product and click Publish (alternatively, find more information about configuring a product here)
5. On Lemon Squeezy, go to the Customers tab and export all customers to a CSV file. Ensure you select the entire period during which you've been selling.
6. Similarly, go to the Orders tab and export the entire sales history to a CSV file.
7. Send us the mentioned CSV files via email to hello@easy.tools, and we will handle importing the customers and assigning them the appropriate products.

Since we cannot automatically transfer your promo codes, emails, or other options available on Lemon Squeezy, make sure to recreate them within Easycart or inform us in the email which elements are crucial for you to transfer. We will do our best to help!
