Affiliate reports & payouts
Check out how you can use data from Easytools to settle partners' commissions and keep track of their performance with reports.
Easytools does not automatically settle your commissions. However, you can download reports for a certain time range with all commission amounts for each partner.
Commission settlement
Purchase commission is not settled automatically!
Although a split payment mechanism exists, its use is complex and requires Stripe and Easytools account registration for each partner, raising the entry threshold and causing complications. Additionally, commission parameters often change and are set individually, so we leave settlements entirely to the creator. In practice, commission settlement is simple and flexible. After setting the appropriate value for the creator, during the period you arrange with partners, e.g., quarterly, just set the appropriate date filter in the panel to see the amount to be paid out.
After selecting the appropriate date ranges, you can use our tables or choose the Download CSV option to download the settlement and import it into your tools.
Reporting
You can easily access your affiliate data in the Easytools Affiliates dashboard or by downloading them in CSV.
Overall affiliates results
To learn how your affiliate program is performing:
- Go to Store ➔ Affiliates.
- Open the Affiliates tab.
Here, you’ll see all sales generated by your partners, the revenue in a chosen currency, and the average conversion rate.

The high conversion rate on the screen is because almost all partners have 0 set as cookie validity, meaning commission is counted only when the purchase is made immediately.
The statistics we display at the top also change depending on the selected date filters, allowing you to see how partners perform over time!
Specific partner’s performance
To learn about a specific partner’s performance:
- Go to Store ➔ Affiliates.
- Open the Affiliates tab.
- Type your partner’s name in the Search for affiliates field.
You’ll see results for this specific partner, including:
- Number of sales
- Generated revenue in chosen currency
- Number of store views
- Conversion rate
- Commission amount
You can also filter these results by time frame, specific product, and currency to assess the commission amount you should pay to a particular partner.
To see the list of specific transactions generated by a specific partner, go to the Transactions tab and use the filter in the top right corner.
