Crossed prices

When running a promotion for your product, you can display the old, crossed-out price next to the new one to show customers the value of the discount and encourage them to buy.

To display a crossed-out price:

1. Open the Product tab, then Basic settings
2. Select the Cross out price option
3. Enter the price we should display as crossed out
4. Click Save

If you offer several product variants, you can display a different crossed-out price for each of them, or choose which variants the discount should apply to.

To display a crossed-out price for a specific variant:

1. Open the Product tab, then Price variants
2. Select the variant you want to display a crossed-out price for
3. Select the Cross out price option
4. Enter the price we should display as crossed out
5. Click Save

If you offer several product variants and add a crossed-out price in Basic settings, we will assign it to the first available product variant. To change the variant the discount is displayed for, open its settings and configure the option as described above.
