Discounts

In Easytools, you can add discount codes for your products.To enable this feature:

1. Go to Product Edit in the dashboard.
2. Navigate to Checkout → Discount, then click the +New button.
3. Give the code a name and choose whether the discount will be a fixed amount or a percentage.
4. The discount code is applied to the entire product. Additionally, you can set an expiration date for the code.
5. Make sure to mark the code as Active and publish the product.

Advanced Settings

In the advanced settings, you have three additional options:

1. Limit the number of times a discount code can be used, e.g., 10 uses, after which the code will automatically deactivate.
2. Allow discount codes to be used only by new customers.
3. Set a minimum order amount required to use the discount code.

Creating Global Discount Codes for All Products

In Easytools, you can also create a single code that applies to all products.

To enable this feature:

1. Go to Store → Discount Codes.
2. Click the New discount code button.
3. Give the code a name.
4. Check the Discount for All Products option.
5. Choose whether the discount will be a fixed amount or a percentage.
6. Optionally, you can apply the advanced settings.
7. Save the discount code by clicking Create.

How to Use Discount Codes in EasyCart

1. In Checkout → Discount, you can enable the option Show discount field in checkout. A field will appear in the cart where customers can enter the discount code. Once a valid code is entered, the price will be reduced.
