Crossed prices

To help customers recognize the value of a special offer, you can display the original price crossed out next to the discounted price. This visual cue acts as a simple yet powerful psychological trigger, encouraging purchasing decisions.

Countdown timers

Adding countdown timers for limited-time offers creates a sense of urgency, prompting customers to act quickly. With Easycart, you can add a countdown to the entire checkout or to specific variants—ideal for events like selling tickets to an online conference and promoting early bird passes before they expire.

Promo codes

Creating a promo code is a flexible option if you prefer not to apply a discount across your entire checkout. You can opt for a code that reduces the price by a specific amount or percentage.

Important: Displaying a promo code field by default may lead customers to leave your checkout in search of a promo or feel disappointed knowing there might be a cheaper option. Thus, you can choose to activate the promo field only when there is an active code, or share a special link that either enables the field for users of that link or applies the discount directly.

Waitlists

Waitlists are an excellent tool for capturing potential leads when a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable. Once you enable it and your product will run out of stock or will be unavailable, we will allow potential buyers to register and capture your potential leads.

This not only helps in maintaining customer engagement but also provides valuable data on demand trends.

Upsells

If you offer different pricing options, such as monthly and yearly subscriptions, our upsell function can link these choices. Simply select an upsell product for your primary offer, and we will display both variants together with a toggle that enables customers to choose between options. You can also include a note highlighting potential savings from, for example, a long-term commitment, which will incentivize your customers to consider the upsell offer.

Cross-sells

Cross-selling with Easycart involves offering complementary products on the thank-you page and in post-purchase emails (optional). To enable the cross-sell option, simply select the product you wish to cross-sell and consider adding a dedicated discount to enhance conversion chances. This allows customers to make another purchase directly from the thank-you page for 15 minutes or from the email for 60 minutes.

Checkout recovery

We also help you make the most of discounts to bring back customers who abandoned their carts. Our checkout recovery system can track and reach out to these customers, occasionally offering a tailored discount, such as a 5% reduction, to encourage them to finalize their transaction.
