I didn't have to wait for a third person to do it for me, prepare it, code it somewhere, and so on. It was ready right away and that's fantastic for me. That's one of the most important things.” he says.

Optimizing conference organization

In 2023, Jarek and his small team organized the first edition of the HR conference "Leniwce HR". Jarek emphasizes:

"We're not an event company, nor are we a huge team. We are HR professionals who work in this industry every day and we simply wanted to share our knowledge and experience."

For the first edition of "Leniwce HR", Jarek sought a solution to optimize the entire process. With a small team of three, they had to cover all aspects of event organization. Easycart was the obvious choice to handle the entire payment and post-purchase process.
